Educator Responsibilities
Educators are responsible for ensuring that all content they upload or sell on BasicBlox is:
Accurate, age-appropriate, and educational in nature
Original or properly licensed
Free from hateful, discriminatory, or harmful material
Compliant with applicable laws and intellectual property rights
Educators acknowledge that their content may be reviewed to ensure quality and compliance. Failure to follow these guidelines may result in content removal or account suspension without refund.
Parent & Student Responsibilities
Parents are responsible for:
Selecting appropriate curriculum for their children
Monitoring student activity and ensuring compliance with platform rules
Respecting community standards and not misusing any platform features
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate parent or student accounts for abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, misuse of systems, or violations of our mission.
Platform Changes & Suspension
We may update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of BasicBlox at any time without prior notice. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for any violation of these Terms or for activity we believe threatens the safety or integrity of the platform.
Intellectual Property
BasicBlox owns all rights to the platform’s features, branding, and design.
Educators retain ownership of their original curriculum content but grant BasicBlox a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and display it as part of the platform.
Users may not copy, redistribute, or resell any content on BasicBlox without explicit permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
BasicBlox provides a platform for connection between educators and parents but does not guarantee the accuracy or outcomes of any educational content.
Use of the platform is at your own risk.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with these laws.

No Guarantee of Earnings
BasicBlox provides tools for educators to share and sell their content, but we make no guarantees of income, sales performance, or student enrollment. Success depends on many factors outside our control.
Refund & Dispute Policy
We aim to keep things fair and transparent for both parents and educators.
Parents: Refunds may be granted if content is misrepresented or fails to meet reasonable quality standards, and must be requested within the stated refund period (e.g., 7–14 days).
Educators: Payouts may be withheld or reversed if refunds are issued.
All disputes are reviewed by BasicBlox. Our resolution decisions are final, and we reserve the right to issue, deny, or prorate refunds at our discretion.
DMCA & Copyright Policy

If you believe your copyrighted work has been posted on BasicBlox without permission, please send us a formal DMCA notice that includes:
